“Excellent hotel with clear attention to detail. The portholes at the bottom of the bathroom door doubling as a night light were a lovely touch. Comfortable bed, free internet, and a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant were all included. They also gave us two drink tickets at check-in, though we didn't get to use them. Staff were very attentive and recommended great spots to eat. The location, five minutes between Kazimierz and the Old Town, made exploring easy. Would definitely return.”

“The staff couldn't do enough. They arranged private drivers, tours, and airport transfers, and gave excellent tour advice. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The restaurant is nothing less than gourmet. Bar and wait staff aim to please. The morning buffet was complete, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend.”
